Established with a vision to redefine education, PPSA is a distinctive institution committed to nurturing academic excellence while fostering character, leadership, creativity, life skills, and social responsibility.

The school is spearheaded by Trustee & Director, Mr. Masud Azadi, and Trustee & Managing Director, Adv. Pearl Motiwala Azadi, whose unwavering commitment to holistic education and child-centric learning has shaped the school’s unique identity and future-focused philosophy. Together with Dean, Ms. Sujata Mukund, and Principal, Ms. Kranti Karikar, they lead a dedicated team devoted to nurturing confident learners, compassionate leaders, skilled individuals, responsible citizens, and above all, good human beings.

At PPSA, every child is regarded as a “Priceless Pearl” — unique, valuable, and blessed with extraordinary potential waiting to be discovered. Inspired by the journey of a pearl within an oyster, the school’s philosophy is built on the belief that children flourish when parents and educators work together in partnership. Just as a pearl is carefully nurtured within an oyster, a child’s growth is shaped through the combined efforts of home and school.

One side of the oyster represents parents, while the other represents the school, teachers, management, and support staff. When both work together with a shared vision, the Priceless Pearl begins to shine in all its brilliance. PPSA believes that children need to be polished, not drilled.
